Management
The Management Board of the company Mermaid Properties consists of four professionals, each of them has years of experience on the market of real estate:
RADOSŁAW SIEROŃPresident of the Management Board/Partner Radosław Sieroń is a graduate of the International Faculty of Engineering at the Technical University of Łódź. He began his professional career in year 1997 in the Management Group Łódź as a financial analyst and then in the consulting company Armada belonging to the Copernicus Group. In years 2002-2004 he worked as an Investment Director in the company KP Konsorcjum (the Copernicus Group), which managed investment portfolios of the National Investment Funds Piast and Octava. In years 2001 – 2006 he was the President of the Management Board in the company Warsaw West Gate Spółka z o.o. responsible for restructuring of the company and revitalization of the office complex Prosta 69 Business Centre. After termination of the investment and sale of the WWG company to Orco Property Group in 2006 – co-founder and President of the Management Board of Mermaid Properties Sp. z o.o.. |
